Sr. HR Operations Manager

The Senior Manager, HR Operations is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring a high-quality employee experience while maintaining compliance with employment regulations and public company requirements. This role serves as the primary owner of HR operations, partnering closely with business units and external service providers, including the organization’s Professional Employer Organization (PEO).

The Senior Manager will lead employee lifecycle administration, onboarding and offboarding, HR systems, equity administration, compliance, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. The role is responsible for ensuring effective vendor management and operational excellence while supporting a growing public company environment.
