Our client, a respected leader in the nonprofit and small business advocacy industry, is seeking a Senior UKG HRIS Analyst to become a key member of its growing HR technology team. This is not a traditional HRIS support role. You'll serve as a strategic partner to HR leadership, help shape the future of their UKG environment, and play an instrumental role in one of the organization's most important technology initiatives: the implementation of the newest version of UKG Pro Workforce Management.

You'll join a highly collaborative HR team that values innovation, continuous improvement, and employee development. Reporting and analytics are highly visible throughout the organization, giving you the opportunity to create meaningful dashboards and reports that directly influence leadership decisions.

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Leading the administration, configuration, and optimization of UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management
  • Building custom Cognos reports and advanced Power BI dashboards from the ground up
  • Creating meaningful workforce analytics, headcount reporting, and executive dashboards that support strategic business decisions
  • Maintaining, enhancing, and optimizing existing reports and reporting capabilities
  • Ensuring data integrity across HRIS platforms while maintaining accurate employee information
  • Partnering with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and business leaders to improve processes through technology
  • Supporting payroll, benefits, timekeeping, compliance, and HR operations through effective system administration
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver scalable solutions
  • Troubleshooting complex HRIS and reporting issues while providing timely resolutions
  • Participating in the continued implementation and optimization of UKG Pro Workforce Management
  • Driving continuous process improvements that increase efficiency and improve the employee experience
  • Serving as the organization's trusted UKG functional expert and reporting resource

Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of hands-on UKG Pro Workforce Management experience
  • Strong experience administering and configuring UKG Pro
  • Experience supporting UKG Workforce Management including timekeeping
  • Understanding of UKG Pro and Workforce Management integrations
  • Proven experience developing custom Cognos reports from scratch
  • Strong Power BI dashboard development experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience developing HR metrics, workforce analytics, and executive reporting
  • Knowledge of HR operations including payroll, benefits, timekeeping, and HR compliance
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder partnership skills
  • Experience driving HR technology and process improvement initiatives
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship

Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience participating in a UKG Pro Workforce Management implementation
  • Experience supporting HRIS transformation or enterprise system migrations
  • Experience with AlignHCM implementations
  • Experience working within nonprofit or mission-driven organizations
  • Experience supporting organizations with 500 or more employees
  • Knowledge of workforce planning and advanced HR reporting best practices
