Summary: Randstad is seeking a Sr. HubSpot Product Owner / Specialist to define and scale the global platform strategy, enterprise architecture, and multi-market MarTech operations across operating entities. This role drives multi-year product roadmaps, platform governance, and GDPR compliance while leading cross-functional delivery engines and global technical teams.

This is a Global Platform Strategy, Architecture & Technical Product Ownership Role — NOT a Content Creation, Campaign Operations, or Copywriting Role. You will lead enterprise MarTech governance, custom object architecture, API integrations, and multi-market execution strategies rather than day-to-day execution of marketing copy or social media graphics.

What Will You Achieve?

• Drive Global HubSpot Vision: Own the multi-year technical roadmap, strategic evolution, platform ROI, and multi-million euro MarTech budget planning across global operating entities.
• Unify Multi-Market Operations: Standardize global data structures and MarTech models across diverse international markets and business functions.
• Lead Cross-Functional Delivery: Direct and coach a global team of Product Owners, technical leads, and agency partners to execute volume marketing mechanics and build organizational capability.
• Enforce Enterprise Governance: Establish robust platform security, GDPR compliance, database hygiene, and integration patterns between HubSpot and adjacent tech stacks.
• Align Global Executive Stakeholders: Partner across global and local Marketing, Sales, IT, Legal, and Operations teams to measure platform adoption, operational efficiency, and multi-touch attribution.

• Global HubSpot Platform ROI, commercial value realization, and budget optimization.

What Do You Need to Succeed?

• Experience: 10+ years in digital product management or MarTech platform ownership, including at least 3+ years in senior leadership, managing direct reports or Associate Director-level technical initiatives.
• Technical Depth: Expert-level knowledge of all HubSpot Hubs (CMS, Marketing, Sales etc.), custom objects, data modeling, enterprise CRM architecture, APIs, MCP and integration workflows.
• Governance & Strategy: Demonstrated success establishing GDPR compliance, platform security standards, and enterprise MarTech governance in complex matrix organizations.
• Leadership & Influence: Strong executive presence with a track record of steering multi-million euro portfolios and translating high-level business vision into technical feasibility for global C-suite stakeholders.
• Education & Languages: Minimum Bachelor's degree and fluent written and spoken English.
