Our Implementation Team is dedicated to delivering a seamless onboarding and implementation experience for clients across both COS and HR Tech solutions. We partner with organizations of all sizes to implement payroll and human capital management solutions that simplify operations, improve compliance, and support business growth. By combining consultative expertise, payroll knowledge, and technology solutions, we help clients build a strong foundation for long-term success with ADP.

As a Senior Implementation Specialist, you'll serve as a trusted advisor throughout the client onboarding journey. You'll work with both COS and HR Tech clients, guiding them through discovery, implementation, payroll readiness, and solution adoption. Your expertise will help clients maximize the value of ADP solutions while ensuring a smooth transition to platforms including TeamPay, OTG Next Gen and WFN OTG.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities

• Consult & Advise. Partner with COS and HR Tech clients to understand their business objectives and payroll requirements, providing expert guidance and support throughout the implementation process to ensure a successful adoption of their ADP solutions and an exceptional client experience.
• Ensure Compliance. Advise clients on Canadian payroll legislation and compliance requirements, including Employment Standards, CRA, Revenu Québec, Workers' Compensation, and ADP policies and practices.-
• Analyze & Recommend.

Evaluate client payroll processes, existing systems, and interface requirements to gather implementation requirements, configure solutions appropriately, and ensure a successful client onboarding experience..

• Solve Business Challenges. Understand client business issues and opportunities, leveraging broad payroll,, and product knowledge to recommend the best path forward.
• Support Modern Solutions. Implement and support ADP's Next Gen, Teampay and WFN OTG. Go platforms while incorporating new tools, processes, and approaches that enhance the client experience.
• Collaborate Across ADP. Partner with associates across Sales, Service, Customer Success, Product, and Operations teams to deliver a seamless onboarding and implementation experience.
• Lead Payroll Readiness.
• Leverage expertise across both HR Tech and COS functions to support clients through implementation, payroll setup, initial payroll processing, and ongoing service-related activities, ensuring a seamless and consistent client experience from onboarding through transition.
• Drive Successful Go-Lives. Manage key implementation activities including configuration, validation, testing, issue resolution, stakeholder communication, and project milestones to ensure successful and timely solution delivery.

EXPERIENCE YOU'LL NEED: Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in payroll, implementation, onboarding, customer success, or a client-facing consulting environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation, including Employment Standards, CRA, Revenu Québec, and Workers' Compensation requirements.
• Experience implementing payroll, HCM, or workforce management solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze business processes and recommend effective solutions for clients.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client implementations simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a consultative, client-focused approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

BONUS POINTS FOR

• PCP, CPM, FPC, or CPP certification.
• Experience with ADP payroll, HR, HCM, or implementation solutions.
• Experience supporting TeamPay, Next Gen, WFN OTG, or cloud-based payroll and HR technologies.
• Project management certification or formal project management training.
