Sr. Industrial Engineer (m/f/d)

Manages engineering projects for development and production. Responsibilities include providing project definition and metrics, resource allocation, budget development and management, schedule management, task prioritization, project and program review. Communicates progress and results to senior management and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing the new product before New Production Introduction
• Lead engineering projects from planning through successful implementation.
• Manage project budgets, resources, timelines, and key deliverables.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) and manufacturing development initiatives.
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve technical challenges and improve performance.
• Identify and implement cost reduction and manufacturing efficiency opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement of product quality and operational processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across local and regional organizations.
• Implement best practices and engineering innovations to enhance business performance.
• Present project progress, risks, and results to senior management.
• Support strategic site objectives and long-term engineering growth.

• Experience in product development before to manufacturing implementation happened.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) and manufacturing launch activities.
• Good understanding of PFMEA/SMEA methodologies.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and flexibility skills.
• Experience with manufacturing process support and production-related procurement activities.
• Knowledge of manufacturing execution and production management systems.
• SAP experience is an advantage.
• CAD knowledge is an advantage.
• Experience in people management and team leadership.
• English proficiency (B2) and Slovak proficiency (B2 or higher).
• Valid Category B driving license.
