Sr. Influencer Marketing Strategist
Statusphere is seeking a Sr. Influencer Marketing Strategist to help enterprise clients maximize the performance and impact of their micro-influencer marketing campaigns. This role combines campaign execution, strategic reporting, social media trend research, competitive intelligence, and strategic consulting to help clients achieve their influencer marketing objectives. The Sr. Influencer Marketing Strategist develops deep expertise in assigned brands and the Statusphere platform, leveraging platform capabilities and best practices to maximize campaign performance and client outcomes. This role transforms campaign performance data, industry trends, and competitive insights into actionable recommendations that help enterprise clients improve future micro-influencer campaign performance and maximize ROI.
Responsibilities will include:
- Build, launch, and manage influencer marketing campaigns within the Statusphere platform
- Translate client briefs into campaign configurations, targeting criteria, deliverables, and platform requirements, ensuring accurate campaign setup
- Ensure campaign setup accuracy and launch readiness by partnering with cross-functional teams
- Manage campaign updates, optimizations, and operational changes throughout the campaign lifecycle
- Translate strategic concepts into practical messaging toolkits and enablement resources for campaigns, sales, and marketing
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to support successful campaign execution
- Build compelling, client-facing presentations and narratives that clearly articulate campaign value
- Develop campaign performance reports, supplemental analyses, and executive-ready summaries
- Analyze campaign performance, creator performance, content trends, and engagement metrics
- Synthesize campaign data into strategic narratives and actionable recommendations
- Identify patterns across campaigns, creators, content themes, and audience engagement
- Identify opportunities for testing, optimization, and program expansion
- Support client business reviews with performance insights, strategic recommendations, and proactive reporting
- Monitor influencer marketing, social media, and consumer behavior trends
- Research emerging creator, content, and platform opportunities
- Conduct competitor and category analysis to identify best practices and opportunities for differentiation
- Identify themes, messaging, content formats, and strategies to improve future campaigns
- Translate market intelligence into actionable recommendations for enterprise clients
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies impacting creator marketing
- Act as a strategic resource for Customer Success Managers and enterprise clients
- Serve as a subject matter expert on influencer marketing best practices and creator trends
- Help clients understand campaign performance and opportunities for improvement
- Contribute to client retention, satisfaction, and growth through data-driven recommendations
- Support managed service initiatives that strengthen client partnerships and business outcomes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Operations, and Marketing teams to enhance the client experience
You’re a great fit if you:
- Have 5-7 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator marketing, social media strategy, digital marketing, customer success, account management, or related fields
- Have experience managing influencer or creator campaigns from planning through reporting
- Can analyze performance data and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Have experience working directly with clients and presenting strategic influencer campaign recommendations
- Possess excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Have strong project management and organizational abilities
- Can balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Have strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality client-facing work
- Are curious and passionate about staying ahead of industry, creator, and consumer trends
- Are comfortable working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Operations, Product, and Marketing teams
- Are strategic and data-driven, able to analyze campaign performance, market trends, and competitive insights to develop actionable recommendations
- Build trust with clients and internal stakeholders while serving as a strategic advisor focused on long-term success and growth
- Translate complex data and insights into clear, compelling recommendations and executive-ready presentations
- Take ownership, solve problems independently, and continuously identify opportunities to optimize campaigns and processes
- Partner effectively across teams and leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, reporting, research, and strategic decision-making
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, Business, Journalism, or a related field (equivalent professional experience will be considered)
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Airtable, Gong, Notion, and Google Suite
- Experience creating reports, recommendations, and strategic presentations
- Enterprise client experience preferred
Travel: Typically, 20% for client and team meetings. Remote environment.
Total Compensation
The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000. Compensation decisions are influenced by multiple factors, including education, prior experience, training, skills, certifications, market demand, and internal equity.
