Job Summary

Lead troubleshooting and resolution of highly complex enterprise and cloud platform issues impacting production environments. Analyze diagnostic logs telemetry packet captures and performance metrics from Cisco enterprise platforms. Diagnose and resolve advanced issues related to search execution limitations data onboarding pipelines dashboard and analytics platforms and field extraction and lookup configurations. Replicate and reproduce complex customer issues in lab environments


Responsibilities

Lead troubleshooting and resolution of highly complex enterprise and cloud platform issues impacting production environments. Analyze diagnostic logs telemetry packet captures and performance metrics from Cisco enterprise platforms. Diagnose and resolve advanced issues related to search execution limitations data onboarding pipelines dashboard and analytics platforms and field extraction and lookup configurations. Replicate and reproduce complex customer issues in lab environments for deep technical investigation and validation. Demonstrate advanced troubleshooting and debugging skills incident and escalation management documentation and knowledge management technical mentoring and leadership cross-functional collaboration and customer communication and management. Proactively identify cases lacking progress and collaborate with Technical Leads and engineering teams to accelerate issue resolution. Create and manage JIRA tickets for identified defects feature requests and operational improvements. Develop troubleshooting guides runbooks and standard operating procedures. Organize and facilitate weekly technical enablement sessions knowledge-sharing workshops and troubleshooting reviews based on trend analysis and team feedback. Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on troubleshooting methodologies best practices and escalation handling.

Required technical skills include cloud and platform technologies such as AWS Azure and Google Cloud Platform. Proficiency in SPL queries Linux system administration Splunk administration and search optimization is essential. Candidates should be capable of analyzing Splunk logs metadata and scheduler.log with awareness of vulnerability and threat management and basic knowledge of networking concepts. A solid understanding of Splunk architecture and its core components is required along with experience using JIRA Confluence and Git/GitHub.

Key competencies include advanced troubleshooting analytical thinking customer-focused collaboration and technical leadership.


Certifications Required

Preferred qualifications include AWS Certified Solutions Architect Azure Administrator and Splunk Certified Admin. Minimum experience required is 1.5 years.
