Sr. Instrumentation & Controls Engineer
Leads
instrumentation and control system quality surveillance, contractor monitoring,
inspection review, and technical coordination
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead inspection and quality monitoring of instrumentation and
control systems.
- Review contractor / subcontractor ITPs, method statements,
inspection records, and test certificates.
- Supervise installation, testing, calibration, and
commissioning-related inspection activities.
- Verify quality records, traceability, and compliance with
drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with EPC contractors, subcontractors, and discipline
engineers.
- Raise NCRs and submit senior-level inspection and quality
reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation / Automation Engineering
or equivalent.
- Electrical qualification is desirable.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in instrumentation works
within oil & gas / petrochemical projects.
- Strong experience in PLC, DCS, automation systems, testing,
inspection, and quality control.
- Excellent knowledge of international standards, QA/QC systems,
and project documentation.
- Fluent in English and proficient in MS Office /
discipline-specific software.
