KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage inventory planning activities to optimize stock levels.
  • Develop and implement inventory strategies based on demand analysis and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve supply issues.
  • Monitor inventory performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory management efficiency.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the inventory planning team.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 6+ years of experience in inventory planning or supply chain management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret demand data and optimize inventory levels.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and tools such as SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Experience in forecasting, demand planning, and supplier coordination.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams to drive inventory performance improvements.
