Platform / Solution Delivery

• Lead the design, implementation, support, and enhancement of global SAP CPQ solutions across the Honeywell enterprise, with Salesforce serving as a key integrated platform.
• Own end-to-end Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) capabilities including product configuration, pricing, approvals, quote generation, and commercial process automation.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate complex sales and commercial requirements into scalable SAP CPQ solutions.
• Ensure SAP CPQ, Salesforce, and downstream ERP systems support business objectives and operational processes.
• Drive platform governance, solution quality, scalability, and operational excellence.
• Experience with DevOps, release management, and deployment best practices across enterprise applications.
• Strategic thinker with strong commercial and sales process knowledge.
• Define and execute the enterprise roadmap for SAP CPQ, ensuring alignment with business growth and digital transformation initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement of quote-to-cash business processes through SAP CPQ capabilities.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, Product Management, and IT teams to prioritize enhancements and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure platform compliance with enterprise security, privacy, accessibility, and governance standards.
• Research emerging SAP CPQ capabilities and recommend innovative solutions to improve sales effectiveness and customer experience.

Platform Strategy and Feature Roadmap Management

Solution & Service Optimization

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP CPQ product configuration, attributes, rules, pricing procedures, quote workflows, approvals, document generation, and catalog management. [KEY RESPON...LITIES_ JD | Word]
• Design and support integrations between SAP CPQ, Salesforce, SAP ECC/S4HANA, middleware platforms, and external business applications.
• Lead architecture and design discussions for CPQ-related projects and enterprise initiatives.
• Optimize CPQ performance, maintainability, scalability, and user adoption.
• Conduct architecture assessments and recommend improvements to existing business processes and system landscapes.
• Develop and review technical documentation, solution designs, and governance standards.
• Provide technical leadership for support, enhancement, and transformation programs involving SAP CPQ.
• Experience supporting Salesforce CRM integrations and data synchronization with SAP CPQ.
• Ability to support technically focused, solution-oriented sales and business transformation initiatives.
• Involved in assigned major Support/projects and initiatives to create end-to-end enterprise architecture including execution architecture, application/development architecture planning/design/prototype only) and operation architecture.
• Experience in native DevOps Solution and ability to support the development of technically focused, solutions-oriented sales proposals.
• Conducts systems architecture assessments of new and existing infrastructure and software (including open source); develops tactical plans to address short term deficiencies in current infrastructure.
• Develops/reviews technical documents to ensure consistency, accuracy and compliance with technology directions. Interfaces directly with Sales/business units and IT teams to analyze and resolve technical issues.
  

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of IT experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP CPQ implementation, administration, configuration, or solution architecture.
• Strong understanding of Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ), Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), and Sales Operations processes.
• Experience integrating SAP CPQ with Salesforce CRM and SAP ERP environments.
• Experience consulting with Product Owners, Service Owners, and business stakeholders.
• Understanding of Agile, DevOps, cloud technologies, security, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale solution design and platform governance initiatives.

WE VALUE

· SAP CPQ certification or equivalent implementation experience.

· Experience integrating SAP CPQ with Salesforce Sales Cloud.

· Knowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA sales and pricing processes.
