Sr. IT Assistant

Salary: ₱20,000 – ₱22,000 per month

• Installs and configures computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.

• Monitors and maintains computer systemns and networks.

• Responds in a timely manner to service issues and requests.

• Provide technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).

• Set up accounts for new users.

• Support users for Microsoft Active Director, ECOUNT Systemn Installation, Quick Books Installations and Set up, Web Mail Set-up and etc.

• Performs minor repair and getting replaced faulty computers and peripherals.

• Test new application / database or software to develop an in-house application system for the operation of Grand Line Medical Equipment Corporation.

• Trains junior staff on the proper monitoring and maintenance of company computer systems.

• Provides and prints ID of all employees across the company.

• Monitors and configures email addresses for all employees.

• Make sure that all automatic backup of the servers are working for disaster recovery plan.

• Checks the server operations daily task.

• Performs other task that maybe assigned by the immediate superior.
