As a Senior IT Engineer (Cloud & Microsoft 365), you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud, Microsoft 365, and hybrid infrastructure environments. You will play a key role in ensuring the availability, security, and performance of IT systems while supporting the organization's cloud transformation and digital workplace initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support cloud, Microsoft 365, and hybrid infrastructure solutions.
- Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
- Manage Intune, endpoint security, Conditional Access, and MFA policies.
- Plan and execute cloud and Microsoft 365 migration projects.
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize the performance, availability, and security of IT systems.
- Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization, and related infrastructure services.
- Implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, cloud, and Microsoft 365 issues.
- Automate routine tasks using PowerShell and other administration tools.
- Maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and support project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with security policies, industry standards, and best practices.
