Sr.IT Engineer(Cloud & Microsoft 365)

As a Senior IT Engineer (Cloud & Microsoft 365), you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud, Microsoft 365, and hybrid infrastructure environments. You will play a key role in ensuring the availability, security, and performance of IT systems while supporting the organization's cloud transformation and digital workplace initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support cloud, Microsoft 365, and hybrid infrastructure solutions.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
• Manage Intune, endpoint security, Conditional Access, and MFA policies.
• Plan and execute cloud and Microsoft 365 migration projects.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize the performance, availability, and security of IT systems.
• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization, and related infrastructure services.
• Implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, cloud, and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Automate routine tasks using PowerShell and other administration tools.
• Maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and support project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, industry standards, and best practices.
