Must-Have Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Java development
• Strong hands-on experience in Spring Boot
• Expertise in Microservices architecture
• Experience in REST API development and integration
• Knowledge of Kafka/Event-driven architecture
• Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
• Understanding of Docker/Kubernetes
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• Basic knowledge of Camunda/Zeebe 8.7
• SDK APIs integration knowledge
• Agile/Scrum development experience

Good-to-Have Skills

• AWS/Azure cloud exposure
• Spring Security/JWT authentication
• Angular or React exposure
• Performance tuning and troubleshooting skills
• Banking/Financial domain experience
• Jenkins/Git/Maven experience
