Leads back-end development for scalable, secure enterprise systems using Golang, APIs, and microservices, while enforcing best practices and mentoring engineers.
1. Role Purpose (1–3 lines): Leads the design, development, and optimization of scalable, secure, and high-performance back-end systems. Drives engineering best practices, Golang, API architecture, and microservices-based design to support enterprise-grade applications.
2. Key Responsibilities:
· Develop server-side logic, Golang, APIs, and integration services for large-scale enterprise systems.
· Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability through code quality and database tuning.
· Implement microservices architecture using modern frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Java Spring Boot).
· Integrate authentication, authorization, and data security mechanisms into application backbones.
· Collaborate with front-end, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end, cloud-ready solutions.
· Guide code reviews, enforce development standards, and mentor junior engineers.
· Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive resolution improvements.
