Sr Machine Learning Engineer

Role Description:

• Analyze large volumes of data, identify patterns and find insights that are useful for consumers.
• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable machine learning architectures and pipelines.
• Explore new models and improve existing ML models.
• Mentor and guide junior machine learning engineers, promoting best practices and technical excellence.
• Bring the best practice in ML with a scalable tech stack.
• Push to improve Status Quo by researching and adopting cutting-edge AI technology and techniques.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align machine learning solutions with business goals.

Role Requirements:

• Strong academic background (background in STEM is preferred).
• Prior experience in machine learning engineering or data science for 3-6 years.
• Proven track record of bringing machine learning models to production.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable to take ownership over building new data & AI project.
• Strong communication and teamwork within team and other project stakeholders.
• Experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams.
• Proficiency in Finance and GenAI related projects with proven experience.
