Sr Manager-Assitant director , BD - Non Onco

Key Responsibilities1.Drive deal sourcing and evaluation activities, including identifying potential opportunities, assessing strategic fit, and preparing management presentations for internal decision-making.2.Conduct in-depth market research, including epidemiology studies, competitive analysis, market share projections, and treatment landscape evaluations. Translate findings into actionable commercial strategies that align with organizational goals.3.Apply deep understanding of therapeutic areas and industry trends to identify high-value opportunities and develop innovative partnership models.4.Support the structuring and negotiation of term sheets and contracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and regulatory compliance.5.Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including R&D, legal, finance, and operations, to support due diligence and ensure successful transaction execution.Education/Qualifications1.With scientific background with proven working experience in BD or investment. Minimum M.Sc. degree in Biology/Medicine/Life science or related areas, Ph.D. /MBA is highly preferred.2.At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry or related industries, with solid understanding about drug discovery, research, development and commercialization, rich experiences in pre-clinical or clinical development experience is highly preferred.3.Ability to synthesize complex scientific and market data into clear, actionable insights. 4.Demonstrated expertise in completing end-to-end business development tasks, including deal sourcing and evaluation, with a successful track record in closing complex transactions under minimal supervision (deal sheet required).5.Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to connect with BD, R&D, and other departments.6.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; fluency in English is a must.7.A structured thinker and problem solver with strong strategic and analytical skills.
