Sr. Manager/Associate Director, Group Accounting & Consolidation 集團會計暨合併報表資深經理/副協理

1. 跨國帳務與合併報表 (Consolidation & Accounting)
•負責集團合併財務報表審閱 (包含月結、季報、年報)。 Review the Group's consolidated financial statements (including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports).
•負責集團合併管理報表編制與分析。 Prepare and analyze the Group's consolidated management reports.
•處理並審核集團關係人交易 (Intercompany transactions)。 Process and review intercompany transactions.
•負責集團財務報表簽字，確保帳務處理符合 IFRS 規範。 Act as the qualified signer for the Group's financial statements, ensuring all accounting treatments comply with IFRS regulations.

2. 美國子公司管理與溝通 (US Subsidiary Management)
•領導並監督美國子公司之日常會計處理與帳務審核。 Lead and supervise the daily accounting operations and financial reviews of the US subsidiary.
•擔任台美兩地財務會計樞紐，與美國營運團隊、外部機構 (如會計師) 高頻率的日常溝通。 Act as the financial accounting hub between Taiwan and the US, maintaining high-frequency daily communication with the US operations team and external parties (e.g., auditors).

3. 查帳應對與公開發行申報 (Audit & Public Company Reporting)
擔任外部會計師查帳之主要窗口，協調並協助會計師完成各期財務簽證與核閱。 Serve as the primary contact for external auditors, coordinating and assisting in the completion of periodic financial audits and reviews.

4. 稅務與移轉訂價 (Tax & Transfer Pricing)
•監督台灣及美國子公司之各項稅務申報作業，確保符合當地稅法規定。 Oversee tax filings for both Taiwan and US entities, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations.
•協助規劃與執行集團跨國移轉訂價 (TP) 政策與報告準備。 Assist in planning and executing the Group's cross-border transfer pricing (TP) policies and report preparation.

5. 其他 (Others)
•規劃、執行與維護公司內部控制制度 (包含九大循環)，確保跨國帳務及營運流程符合法規與審計要求。 Plan, execute, and maintain the company's internal control systems (including the nine major operational cycles) to ensure cross-border accounting and operational processes meet regulatory and audit requirements.
•協助集團資金調度規畫、跨國現金流管控。 Assist in the Group's capital allocation planning and cross-border cash flow management.
•協助預算編制。 Assist in budget preparation.
•其他主管指派財會相關事項。 Perform other finance and accounting-related tasks assigned by management.
•配合營運需求，每年可能需赴美國出差 1-2 次。 May require business travel to the US 1-2 times a year based on operational needs.
