Sr. Manager - Curriculum Design & Capacity Building
Summary
Design and deliver experiential learning programs for teachers, officials, and system actors to improve youth employability and life skills at scale.
- Develop competency-based curricula tailored for system actors such as teachers, placement
- officers, Principals/Leaders and government officials.
- Align content with national and state education policies to ensure relevance and scalability.
- Incorporate inclusive, gender-sensitive, and equitable learning methodologies.
- Design and execute large-scale training programs, ensuring continuous skill enhancement.
- Develop assessment tools and methodologies to measure training effectiveness.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to facilitators, ensuring high-quality learning experiences.
- Collaborate with government agencies to co-create scalable learning initiatives.
- Offer technical advisory support to state officials to enhance policy implementation.
- Represent Medha in strategic forums, discussions, and official reviews.
- Work with the D&I team to track curriculum and training effectiveness.
- Utilize data insights to refine learning programs and optimize delivery.
- Establish feedback mechanisms to ensure continuous improvement in training outcomes.
- Excellent facilitation skills & training delivery skills across diverse stakeholders. Articulates ideas clearly, actively listens to understand and address the needs of students, alumni, and partners.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, Instructional design thinking, and pedagogical frameworks.
- Effectively works with diverse teams to achieve common goals. Ability to deal with a dynamic, uncertain, and collaborative environment, yet develop creative, effective solutions.
- Open to travel frequently to build and maintain relationships with the government system actors and Officials of the states Medha is working.
- Demonstrates Entrepreneurial Mindset, takes initiative, and can identify and capitalize on opportunities.
