Sr. Manager / Director, Portfolio Finance & Performance

We are seeking a finance-led execution leader to oversee financial performance, cash discipline, and value creation delivery across our portfolio companies. This role sits at the intersection of finance, operations, and execution and is responsible for translating operating plans into measurable results.

The ideal candidate brings a strong finance foundation, an operator’s mindset, and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.

What You'll Do

• Own portfolio financial performance monitoring, including EBITDA, cash flow, and working capital
• Review and challenge portfolio company budgets, forecasts, and operating assumptions
• Support valuation, covenant monitoring, and financing-related analyses
• Translate operating initiatives into quantified financial impact and execution milestones
• Track realized vs. projected value and ensure results flow through GAAP and adjusted EBITDA
• Identify performance gaps early and drive corrective action plans with management teams
• Partner with Operating Partners and investment teams to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources
• Establish clear ownership, timelines, and accountability without creating unnecessary bureaucracy
• Prepare and present concise performance updates for internal leadership and board members
• Serve as a thought partner to portfolio company CFOs and functional leaders
• Provide hands-on support during periods of transformation, integration, or underperformance
• Elevate financial discipline and execution rigor across the portfolio
