The Role (What You’ll Own)

This is a hands-on leadership role running our outbound fulfillment operations—picking, packing, shipping, and outbound execution—in a high-volume, high-SKU, fast-paced environment.

You’ll lead from the front, build a strong team culture, and deliver results through KPI ownership, coaching, process improvement, and high standards.

This role is ideal for a talented, rising operator who wants to start close to the work, earn trust through performance, and grow quickly inside a winning organization.

What Success Looks Like

In your first 30–90 days, you’ll be expected to:

• Learn our operation quickly and build credibility with the floor team

• Stabilize outbound execution and improve daily performance consistency

• Own the numbers (not explain them)

• Improve throughput, quality, and ship-on-time performance

• Build a culture of urgency, teamwork, and pride
