    • Possess strong financial and operational management capabilities, including the ability to work confidently with complex datasets and make data-informed decisions.
    • Have experience developing leaders, building high-performing teams, and supporting succession planning for critical functions.
    • Demonstrate strong executive-level presentation, communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across Finance, HR, Accounting, Compensation, Treasury, and other senior functions.
    • Bring advanced Excel and analytical capabilities, with the ability to investigate payroll data, identify issues, and develop practical solutions.
    • Be highly organized, detail-oriented, accountable, and comfortable balancing strategic leadership with hands-on operational execution.
    • Benefits:

      • Annual base salary of $130,000–$160,000 USD, with actual compensation determined by experience, skills, abilities, internal equity, and market data.
