Job Description:

  • Provides strategic leadership and direction in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR Operations, HRIS and Governance programs across the organization.
  • Serves as a trusted advisor to Executive Leadership and ManCom in driving organizational transformation, change management, culture initiatives, workforce effectiveness, and business process improvement.
  • Leads the design, review, and optimization of organizational structures, workforce models, and operating frameworks to support business growth, operational efficiency, and scalability.
  • Oversees enterprise-wide HR technology initiatives, including system implementations, upgrades, migrations, and integrations involving platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, and other Human Capital Management (HCM) systems.
  • Establishes governance and quality standards for employee data management, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, security, and compliance across all HR systems and processes.
  • Acts as the executive owner of HR data governance, serving as the primary authority on workforce data, reporting standards and employee master records.
  • Oversees the development and implementation of HR policies, standards, procedures, and controls to ensure consistency, compliance, and operational excellence across all HR functions.
  • Drives organizational performance enhancement initiatives through analytics, workforce insights, process optimization, and strategic reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Provides executive oversight on audit readiness, internal controls, compliance reviews, and risk management programs related to HR operations, employee data, and information security.
  • Develops and implements enterprise risk management frameworks for HR and employee data processes, identifying key risks, establishing controls, and ensuring effective mitigation strategies.
  • Leads cross-functional teams in major transformation projects, including HR digitalization, system migrations, business continuity planning (BCP), and organizational redesign initiatives.
  • Establishes and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs), service-level agreements (SLAs), and operational metrics to ensure efficient delivery of HR services and business objectives.
  • Oversees information security and data protection programs within the HR function, ensuring compliance with corporate, regulatory, and client requirements.
  • Ensures timely investigation, escalation, and resolution of information security incidents, privacy breaches, data discrepancies, and compliance-related concerns.
  • Provides strategic direction for workforce reporting, HR analytics, attrition analysis, organizational effectiveness studies, and executive dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • Builds strong partnerships with HR leaders, business leaders, external auditors, regulatory bodies, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment of HR operational strategies with business objectives.
  • Leads capability-building initiatives, stakeholder trainings, and governance programs to strengthen organizational compliance, data privacy awareness, HR systems adoption, and process excellence.
  • Oversees accreditation, certification, and compliance requirements necessary to maintain organizational standards relating to quality management, information security, privacy, and human resources governance.
  • Manages and develops a team of HR Operations, HRIS, Data Governance, and Compliance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
  • Performs other strategic projects and responsibilities as assigned by senior leadership in support of organizational priorities and transformation initiatives.
  • Assists the auditor & HR team in obtaining an understanding of internal control or in performing tests of controls or substantive tests
