As the technical delivery engine of the IT for Operations organization, own the solution portfolio:</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">1. Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES);</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">2. Shopfloor Material Flow Solutions (WMS + Shop floor WIP)</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">3. AI/GenAI solutions applied to the Operations space.</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal"><b>Key Responsabilities of this Role:</b> </p><p></p><ul><li><b>Own end-to-end solution architecture and development </b>across the operations portfolio mentioned above.<p></p></li><li><b>Lead and develop a multi-site team </b>of Product Family Leads, Lead Analysts and Senior Analysts – setting technical direction, balancing capacity across initiatives, and growing the team’s engineering and AI capability.<p></p></li><li><b>Drive the CIMPLE platform </b>modernization: deliver CIMPLE 4.4 development and global deployment, drive the move to a hybrid cloud, container-based architecture, and optimize the data footprint to reduce Total Cost of Ownership.<p></p></li><li><b>Lead the delivery </b>of AI and GenAI use cases into operations solutions and champion the shift to an AI-driven software development lifecycle.<p></p></li><li><b>Safeguard system reliability </b>and integration integrity across the portfolio – SAP and Enterprise Data Warehouse interfaces and OEM data exchange – ensuring performance, security and data quality.<p></p></li><li><b>Partner with business and IT leadership to align technical roadmaps with operational priorities and govern </b>delivery – embed architecture standards, reduce defects, improve speed of delivery and drive measurable business outcomes for the stakeholders.<p></p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><b>Key Performance Indicators:</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Contribution to Manufacturing improvement of efficiency and quality KPIs. Driven by Plant OEE and FTT KPIs<p></p></li><li>System availability, stability and performance across manufacturing sites.<p></p></li><li>On-time, on-scope delivery of the portfolio roadmap.<p></p></li><li>TCO reduction achieved through system and data footprint optimization.<p></p></li><li>Speed of delivery and defect reduction from the AI-driven SDLC. <p></p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><b>Qualification, Experience and Skills:</b></p><p></p><ul><li>8 years’ experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and shop-floor / supply-chain / quality domain expertise.<p></p></li><li>5 years’ experience in Software development and solution architecture, containerization and hybrid-cloud design; performance and TCO optimization.<p></p></li><li>Experience in Systems integration – SAP interfaces, Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), and OEM / Catena-X data exchange.<p></p></li><li>Data governance across a multi-application portfolio.<p></p></li><li>Applied AI / ML and GenAI solution development, plus AI-assisted software engineering.<p></p></li><li> Modern Software Development Life Cycle, DevOps and Agile delivery practices, with strong quality and security discipline.<p></p></li><li>Proven leadership of distributed, multi-site development teams and third-party/vendor management.<p></p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><b>Reporting Structure: </b>Reports to the Global IT Director for Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain and Quality</p><p></p><p> </p><p class="MsoNormal">In the fast lane of technology.
