The Logistics Manager oversees the 3PLs E2E operations and drives the implementation of the warehousing and distribution strategy by leveraging external logistics providers. Ensures operational excellence (KPIs, Costs & Quality) with a customer focused and cost effective approach. Works proactively with Cross functional teams on daily issue resolutions, visibility of weekly forecast to plan resources accordingly with the 3PLs. Ensures compliance with international and local regulations while shipping orders to meet customer requirements.

Your missions will be :

• 3PL Management and Governance

  • Manage the relationship with the 3PL,

  • Lead tendering processes for 3PL selection,

  • Negotiate contracts, rate cards, and service level agreements (KPIs/SLAs),

  • Lead strategic and operational steering committees with all logistics partners,

  • Monitor Operational excellence: On-Time rates, inventory accuracy, returns, and damage management.

• Budgeting and Cost Control

  • Develop and track the overall logistics budget (storage, operations , transportation and value-added services),

  • Analyse monthly 3PL invoicing and validate variances or extra charges,

  • Drive Funding the Growth initiatives - Identify and implement cost optimization initiatives and productivity improvements.

• Network Strategy and Projects

  • Align the logistics master plan with the network's growth and optimization objectives,

  • Proactively engage the 3PL to implement process changes optimizing effectiveness of operations,

  • Supervise continuous improvement project,

  • Lead planning / resources in coordination and alignment with the sales departments / GM to ensure Excellent execution on a monthly and quarterly basis.

• Quality and Compliance

  • Ensure 3PL compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and transport laws,

  • Conduct regular on-site audits to verify operational process execution.

Qualification / Competencies :
