Restaurant Brands International Inc. is one of the world's largest quick service restaurant companies with nearly $45 billion in annual system-wide sales and over 32,000 restaurants in more than 120 countries and territories.

RBI owns four of the world's most prominent and iconic quick service restaurant brands – TIM HORTONS®, BURGER KING®, POPEYES®, and FIREHOUSE SUBS®. These independently operated brands have been serving their respective guests, franchisees and communities for decades. Through its Restaurant Brands for Good framework, RBI is improving sustainable outcomes related to its food, the planet, and people and communities.

RBI is committed to growing the TIM HORTONS®, BURGER KING®, POPEYES® and FIREHOUSE SUBS® brands by leveraging their respective core values, employee and franchisee relationships, and long track records of community support. Each brand benefits from the global scale and shared best practices that come from ownership by Restaurant Brands International Inc.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing Execution, the Sr. Manager, Marketing Execution & Elevation will serve as a highly visible cross-functional program leader responsible for advancing Burger King’s highest-priority brand elevation initiatives, ensuring comprehensive launch strategies for new product innovation and promotions are executed using project management methodologies to drive performance and organizational alignment.

This role will maintain and execute the governance, routines, milestones, and accountability mechanisms needed to keep complex initiatives moving from concept through launch.

The Sr. Manager will connect stakeholders across Brand Marketing, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Equipment, Finance, franchisees, and suppliers; identify risks and dependencies; facilitate resolution of issues; and ensure decisions are elevated and made in a timely manner. It will create visibility across the broader initiative, hold stakeholders accountable to agreed commitments, and provide senior leaders with clear line-of- sight into progress, risks, decisions, and required actions.

This role is responsible for coordinating and governing multiple high-priority, enterprise-visible initiatives simultaneously. Success requires influencing senior cross-functional stakeholders, creating accountability without direct authority, accelerating decisions, and ensuring that complex initiatives remain on track for successful execution.

RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Successful candidates will be expected to work onsite 5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Project & Process Management

  • Lead the cross-functional project management process for major brand innovation and elevation initiatives.

  • Establish and maintain project timelines, milestones, dependencies, action items, and decision points across participating functions.

  • Develop detailed execution plans in partnership with functional owners, ensuring initiatives progress in alignment with brand goals, resource constraints, and timeline requirements.

  • Facilitate recurring cross-functional routines to monitor progress, address barriers, and maintain accountability for agreed deliverables.

  • Identify risks, delays, and unresolved issues that may affect project execution, and recommend appropriate actions or escalation.

  • Ensure key decisions are clearly defined, supported by relevant analysis, and elevated to the appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner.

  • Develop KPIs and reporting mechanisms to measure project progress and post-launch performance.

  • Recommend optimization strategies based on performance results, stakeholder feedback, and operational considerations.

Cross-Functional Execution & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Serve as the primary cross-functional integrator across Brand Marketing, Operations, R&D, Supply Chain, Equipment, and Finance to support successful product and promotion execution.

  • Connect functional workstreams and ensure stakeholders understand the broader implications, dependencies, and timing requirements associated with key initiatives.

  • Hold cross-functional teams accountable for agreed commitments while operating through influence rather than direct authority.

  • Lead coordination across the organization to ensure the brand is addressing end-to-end opportunities, including product specifications, procedures, equipment, packaging, and related execution requirements.

  • Facilitate resolution of cross-functional issues and competing priorities that could prevent initiatives from advancing.

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, franchisees, suppliers, and other partners.

  • Deliver clear project updates, executive briefings, and business case presentations to facilitate alignment, timely decisions, and resource allocation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is required.

  • 5+ years of experience in QSR, CPG, Retail, or a related field, with strong knowledge of the QSR industry.

  • Demonstrated expertise in project lifecycle management, with the ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, establish accountability, and drive progress without direct authority.

  • Solution-oriented mindset, with strong quantitative and analytical skills and the ability to synthesize financial data, market research, and operational constraints into actionable plans.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information and recommendations to executive audiences.

  • Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships across various stakeholders, including franchisees and suppliers.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience with business intelligence tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, or project tracking platforms, such as Smartsheet, Asana, or Jira, is preferred.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated, with a focus on achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
