- As a remote-first company, Kobie believes flexibility and meaningful in-person connection can go hand in hand. While travel requirements vary by role, employees may periodically travel for team collaboration, customer meetings, training, and company events, including visits to our headquarters in St. Petersburg, Florida. Are you able and willing to travel as needed to support these activities?

- Six months after launching a major initiative, employee surveys show confusion about how it affects their day-to-day work—despite positive all-hands feedback. There's a gap between what leadership intended and what employees are experiencing. What's the most important next step?
- You've launched a new global expansion initiative with strong messaging and clear structure. Three months in, enthusiasm is waning and adoption is inconsistent across regions. What does this indicate, and what should you do?
- The executive team wants to pivot the company's strategic focus. The shift is complex—it involves new capabilities, market repositioning, and changes to how teams prioritize their work. Leadership asks you to explain it in one paragraph that employees at all levels can understand and feel motivated by. Which approach is most important?
- You're working with the ELT on a major strategic shift. The President wants to roll out the new strategy company-wide immediately with a big all-hands announcement. However, in a separate conversation, the Head of Product tells you they're not ready—their team needs 6 weeks to align on how this affects their roadmap. If you launch without Product alignment, adoption will be messy. The CFO also mentioned (informally) concerns about resource implications no one has discussed yet. What's your best approach?
