HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Coordinate the team’s analytical support for Finance, Accounting, and Treasury, including OEM risk-sharing analyses, supplemental depreciation, and ABS reporting.
Process Improvement and Controls\: Oversee the quality and consistency of residual value data, reporting, and supporting documentation. Establish review practices for key team deliverables, maintain documentation supporting KSOX controls and audit requests, and resolve identified discrepancies with relevant stakeholders. Prioritize improvements to analytical tools, dashboards, and reporting processes to strengthen accuracy and efficiency.
Team Leadership and Development\: Lead, mentor, and develop team members by setting priorities, assigning analytical and reporting responsibilities, reviewing deliverables, and providing coaching and performance feedback.
