-
Own the review and approval of customer contract setup and data management in Model N systems, keeping client data right from the start.

Serve as the escalation point for client questions on processing status, reconciliations, data discrepancies, and payments, and keep clients informed.
-
Lead and develop a high-performing Medicaid operations team, building capability through clear goals, regular feedback, and development plans.
-
Drive rebate savings by validating claims-level detail and partnering with states to resolve disputes.
-
Partner with product teams on system enhancements and AI and automation, and lead the change management that puts new capabilities into daily work.

Identify the most important process or quality gaps and agree on a first improvement plan.
First 6–12 months:
-
Deliver client work on time and accurately, with consistent SLA performance.
-
Launch at least one process or automation improvement that measurably reduces rework or cycle time.
-
Grow team members through regular feedback and clear development plans.
