Position Summary: The Senior Manager, Supply Solutions leads origin-to-retail import fulfillment and replenishment operations for one or more merchandise categories, departments, or divisions of significant complexity. This role owns the end-to-end flow of inventory from origin sourcing markets to retail market warehouse facilities, partnering closely with Retail, Sourcing, Suppliers, and Logistics teams to keep the business in-stock, financially healthy, and operationally efficient. The Senior Manager acts as a key liaison between the Supply Solutions organization and Retail/Business partners, driving strategy, supplier performance, cross-functional alignment, and continuous improvement across the direct import supply chain.

About The Role

As a Senior Manager, you will lead the Sourcing Transformation function, driving operational excellence, strategic initiatives, and business transformation across Purchase Order management and supply chain processes. This role oversees operational performance, governance, and service delivery while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to manage risks, resolve critical supply chain challenges, and enable scalable solutions. The position champions process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, productivity, and business outcomes. Additionally, the Senior Manager develops team capabilities, drives execution of key business priorities, and provides strategic leadership to support organizational goals.

What You'll Do

1) Plan and Direct Inventory Flow & Supply Chain Execution

Directs and optimizes supply chain execution across multiple categories/portfolios and business plans, applying judgement and expertise to navigate complex business challenges so the retail market holds optimal inventory at the highest in-stock levels.

· Develop methods and KPIs to deliver in-stock and inventory goals.

· Collaborate on new item forecasting; develop flow planning to fill the pipeline based on category inventory strategy.

· Place and calibrate orders within ordering systems/tools to maintain optimal inventory levels; identify replenishment and inventory expectations.

· Influence and collaborate with sourcing organization and retail market partners to ensure in-stock and inventory metrics are achieved.

· Analyze trends in financial performance and external market factors to proactively align resources against future challenges.

· Integrate team analytics to influence cross-functional decisions; align, develop, and direct resources to achieve objectives and financial results.

· Support and identify business opportunities to improve work efficiency and resource optimization; develop and communicate business plans and priorities with the retail market to meet financial goals.

2) Develop Fulfillment Strategy & Manage Supplier Performance

Develop fulfillment strategies with key suppliers to drive fulfillment excellence and achieve OTIF, sales, in-stock, inventory, profitability, and supply chain efficiency targets, while managing daily execution to meet defined business targets and customer satisfaction.

· Formulate supplier collaboration and development strategy with cross-functional teams (Retail, Sourcing, etc.) at the multi-department level.

· Lead Sales & Operations (S&OP) meetings; collaborate with suppliers on demand/supply planning to improve factory operations, capability, and fulfillment performance.

· Identify order exceptions, disruptions, and supply chain constraints (e.g., holidays, natural disasters, manufacturing or transportation issues) and model future inventory plans against supplier capability.

· Follow up on and handle PO revisions (quantity/shipping window) and OCM messages.

· Own supplier performance management — design and maintain the supplier scorecard matrix and set improvement goals.

· Manage daily inventory strategy and operations, and all functional strategies, processes, and tools; evaluate and adjust work processes to ensure targets are met.

3) Deliver Financial Results Through Cross-Functional Projects

Achieve financial results for complex merchandise categories via cross-functional projects that meet strategic financial and operational goals.

· Work with relevant parties to plan, develop, and coordinate new processes/initiatives.

· Propose solutions and action plans; support cross-functional teams in execution.

· Track progress to ensure timely follow-up and implementation; measure and assess results.

4) Engage Stakeholders & Drive Cross-Functional Strategy

Engage relevant internal and external parties to formulate and execute strategy that builds common understanding and workflow across all replenishment aspects for smooth direct import operations.

· Ensure business needs are met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, projects, programs, and initiatives; collaborate on corporate/divisional strategic initiatives by influencing project design and suggesting efficiency/cost improvements.

· Identify education and development needs aligned to departmental strategic focus; formulate training strategy with cross-functional teams across multiple departments; initiate, conduct, and facilitate training for internal and external partners.

5) Drive Business Planning, Reporting & Systems Execution

Formulate and drive execution of business plans and improvement projects, and operate the systems/tools needed to support research, decision-making, and performance tracking.

· Identify customer and operational needs; develop and communicate plans, priorities, and resourcing.

· Identify performance standards, measure progress, adjust performance accordingly, and develop contingency plans.

· Operate standard office software, statistical packages, inventory management systems, and ad hoc query tools to perform research, support decisions, and track performance.

· Run queries and retrieve raw data from R/L, replenishment systems, and other tools; compile and consolidate data into required report formats.

· Establish and maintain databases to track inventory, sales, forecast, and in-stock status.

· Assume additional responsibilities and perform special projects as needed or directed.

What You'll Bring

Minimum Qualifications

· 4–6+ years of replenishment, import fulfillment, or supply planning experience.

· Technically accomplished across all aspects of replenishment; proactive and fully engaged with retail markets, suppliers, logistics providers, and merchants in operating a broad line of business at category, department, or multi-department level.

· Proven ability to lead projects and improvement initiatives; can articulate needs, define requirements, and design cross-functional projects, directing effort toward the issues with the greatest payback.

· Recognized as an outstanding manager and leader both inside and outside the replenishment function.

· Strong planning and organizing skills to mobilize and leverage resources toward pre-determined objectives.

· Strong stakeholder management and persuasive communication skills; able to influence decisions across Retail, Sourcing, and Supplier partners.

· Good command of English and local language, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficient in PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; comfortable with inventory management systems and query/reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years’ experience managing large-scale projects
  • 4 years’ supervisory experience
