我們正在尋找一位具備高度分析能力、策略思維以及強大執行力的定價運營管理資深經理（Senior Manager of Pricing Operation Management），來領導我們表現卓越的定價卓越團隊。在此職位中，您將負責兩個關鍵子功能：競品研究與新增以及定價內部流程優化。
您將負責推動市場價格競爭力（price sharpness）、設計可擴展的運營框架，並主導跨產品與工程團隊的端到端專案，以消除業務浪費並最大化利潤回收。理想的候選人應具備卓越的領導原則、系統性思考能力，並在高壓時程及高風險環境中具備交付高影響成果的成功經驗。
主要職責
1. 部門管理與策略
• 團隊發展：
領導、招募並管理持續成長的運營團隊；指導團隊成員從強執行力，進階為能獨立負責模組、進行長期規劃及具備系統性思維的專業人才。
• 跨部門協作：
作為營運、產品及工程團隊之間的核心對接窗口，優化需求規劃流程，並大幅降低臨時性升級處理及線上事故的發生。
2. 競品研究與新增（市場競爭力與情報）
• 市場監控：
主導持續監控主要競爭對手的策略，於大型促銷旺季打破監控限制，並針對新目標渠道執行市場研究。
• 價格競爭力優化：
推動複雜折扣模型及定價功能的落地，以確保內部指標的一致性與競爭力。
• 可擴展匹配框架：
管理大型商品／帳戶預熱及自動化匹配架構（在短時間內處理 800+ 帳戶與 7 萬+ 匹配卡片），以提升商品匹配度與召回率。
任職條件與資格
• 工作經驗：
具備 6 年以上定價運營、電商運營或產品／專案管理經驗，其中至少 2 年以上團隊管理或領導經驗。
• 專案管理能力：
具備從端到端管理產品路線圖的能力，能在快速變動的環境中做出技術與設計取捨，並有效縮短開發週期。
• 危機應對與韌性：
能在高風險且時間敏感的專案（如雙 11／大型促銷活動）中展現高度抗壓能力，並能於週末執行線上風險控管，達成零客戶影響。
• 分析能力與系統思維：
能將零散且不一致的營運訊號整合為結構化問題框架，並建立全面性的端到端浪費降低機制。
