Sr. Manager, TikTok Shop - International
About Us:
Comfrt is one of the fastest-growing direct-to-consumer brands, dedicated to blending mental wellness, inclusivity, and elevated comfort into every piece we create. Our mission goes beyond clothing — we strive to build a community where everyone feels supported and seen.
About the Job:
Comfrt is scaling its social commerce engine internationally, and we are looking for a strategic leader to build our TikTok Shop channel across the UK and beyond. This is not an execution-only role—it is a strategic partnership opportunity. As Senior Manager of TikTok Shop for UK & beyond, you will report to our Sr. Director of Social Commerce, own full P&L accountability for the channel in these regions, and operate as her strategic peer in building a repeatable, profitable international playbook.
You will manage the International , with a focus on UK strategy and get us ready for growth: shop operations, affiliate ecosystem, live shopping programming with creative agencies, regulatory compliance, and team capability. You will be the strategic voice for these markets at the table with TikTok UK, the person who identifies market opportunities others miss, and the leader who mentors and grows the team as we scale. This role demands someone who can think strategically about market dynamics while staying hands-on enough to drive execution.
You understand TikTok Shop mechanics deeply and have proven ability to scale social commerce channels profitably. You are comfortable navigating platform relationships, managing agency partners at a strategic level, and building sustainable affiliate ecosystems. You think like an operator and entrepreneur—when something is not working, you diagnose why, test solutions, and move fast. Most importantly, you are ready to be the leader of international growth, not a regional executor.
What You Will Own:
- P&L ownership for TikTok Shop UK & Other regions as we expand—Own revenue targets, profitability, and strategic allocation across both markets. Make investment decisions (affiliate incentives, agency spend, content resources) tied to channel health and market potential.
- Strategic shop operations and market leadership—Lead shop strategy for in Seller Center: product localization, promotional calendar, shop health optimization, and regulatory compliance. Set the vision, ensure execution, and continuously improve.
- TikTok UK partnership leadership—Be Comfrt priority contact with TikTok UK. Own relationship building, negotiate on platform features and commercial terms, secure early access to new capabilities, and represent Comfrt interests in market discussions.
- Affiliate ecosystem strategy and scaling—Design and build the affiliate program for UK/EU from first principles and work hand in hand with the US team. Vet incentive structures, recruitment strategy, and creator tiers. Own affiliate performance, creator retention, and sustainable growth. Build systems and processes that scale without sacrificing quality.
- Live shopping strategy and agency partnerships—Own the live shopping roadmap and partner selection. Manage creative agencies as strategic partners: scope work, manage budgets, oversee creative quality and performance. Build repeatable live shopping formats that drive outsized GMV. This is a strategic relationship, not vendor management.
- Performance analytics and continuous optimization—Own weekly and monthly reporting on GMV, affiliate performance, content metrics, and live event results. Identify trends, spot inefficiencies, and reallocate resources. Use data to inform strategy, not just report it.
- Expansion and opportunity identification—Proactively identify market gaps, emerging creator trends, product-market fit opportunities, and new revenue streams. Run pilots on new initiatives (category expansion, seasonal programming, emerging formats). Measure, learn, and scale.
- Team leadership and capability building—Build and mentor the team supporting operations. Define roles, set expectations, and develop talent. Create a culture of ownership, bias toward action, and continuous learning. You are building a team culture and capability, not just managing people.
- Strategic cross-market alignment with US team—Partner closely with the US TikTok Shop leader on product strategy, campaign alignment, inventory coordination, and best practice sharing. Contribute to company-wide TikTok Shop strategy while advocating fiercely for UK/EU market needs.
- Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management—Partner with Paid Media, Operations, Merchandise, Finance, Customer Success, and Legal to align decisions. Think commercially across the business and pull levers holistically.
What We Are Looking For:
- 4-6 years of proven leadership experience scaling social commerce, affiliate, or marketplace channels—ideally with P&L ownership or significant profit contribution responsibility.
- Deep operational expertise in TikTok Shop or equivalent short-form creator commerce platforms. You understand algorithm mechanics, commission economics, promotional levers, affiliate dynamics, and platform tools intimately.
- Track record of building and scaling affiliate or creator networks from early stage or new markets. You have designed incentive structures, built creator tiers, and managed retention. You understand creator psychology and partnership dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability managing agency partnerships at a strategic level—scoping, budgeting, quality oversight, and performance management. You have built partnerships that drove material results.
- Experience leading teams or mentoring functional leaders. You have developed people and built cultures of ownership and accountability.
- Strategic thinker who operates hands-on. You can set vision and strategy, but you are not afraid to dive into execution when needed. You are comfortable with ambiguity and make decisions with incomplete information.
- Strong data literacy and analytical mindset. You interpret dashboards, identify patterns, and use insights to drive strategy. You are comfortable with financial analysis and thinking in terms of CAC, LTV, and unit economics.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills. You can brief internal stakeholders on strategy, translate market insights into organization priorities, and negotiate effectively with external partners like platforms and agencies.
- International mindset and cultural fluency. You have worked across geographies or understand different market dynamics. You are aware of regulatory differences (GDPR, consumer protection) and regional creator ecosystems.
- Entrepreneurial bias and scrappy mindset. You move fast, iterate based on learnings, and are not precious about processes. You see problems and solve them.
- Collaborative leadership. You thrive in matrix environments, build strong cross-functional relationships, and are not territorial. You are energized by working with smart people across the organization.
Why Join Comfrt:
- True strategic ownership—you lead the international strategy for this channel with the Sr. Director. Your decisions matter and shape the business.
- Partnership with senior leadership—report to our Sr. Director of Social Commerce and operate as a strategic peer. You will influence company-wide social commerce strategy, not just execute regional tactics.

- High-impact, fast-moving environment—work in a young, energized function where things move quickly and good ideas get tested and scaled.
- Competitive compensation with meaningful upside tied to channel growth, profitability, and team impact.
- Collaboration with top-tier partners—work with talented creators, innovative agencies, and passionate cross-functional teams across Comfrt (US and internationally).
