Sr. Merchandiser

1. Seasonal Product Planning: Coordinate product supply based on local market
peak/off-peak seasons.
2. Budget Management: Control procurement budgets and execute the end-to-end
purchasing process.
3. Inventory Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales, inventory, and purchase reports
(Stock-to-Sales analysis).
4. Showroom Planning: Propose product assortments and planning for seasonal
exhibitions or showrooms.
5. Data Management: Organize purchase orders and manage product
coding/database entry.
6. Logistics Tracking: Monitor shipping progress and manage timelines for
warehousing, stocking, and distribution.
7. Quality Control: Evaluate defective goods and negotiate returns or replacements
with the original manufacturer.
8. Inventory Allocation: Monitor inventory levels across all channels and manage
stock transfers (re-allocation).
9. Ad-hoc Tasks: Complete other duties and projects as assigned by supervisors.
