· Manage and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and firewall environments.

· Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco Wireless Controllers, Switches, Routers, and Access Points.

· Configure and manage Cisco WLC models with HA SSO or N+1 redundancy architecture.

· Handle Cisco Access Point configuration in CAPWAP and Mobility Express solutions, including Wave 2 and Cisco 9100 series APs.

· Monitor network performance using Network Management Systems (NMS) and ensure maximum uptime and availability.

· Perform network upgrades, firmware updates, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for network hardware/software.

· Configure and troubleshoot VLANs, routing, switching, wireless networks, and firewall security policies.

· Work closely with end users to resolve network-related tickets and fulfill new network requirements within defined timelines.

· Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, performance, and security-related issues.

· Maintain network documentation, topology diagrams, inventory records, and configuration backups.

· Ensure adherence to IT security standards, access control policies, and best practices.

· Support audits, infrastructure deployment activities, and multi-site network operations.



Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Switches, Routers, Wireless Controllers, and Firewall configuration.
  • Experience in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco WLC models with HA SSO and N+1 redundancy.
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Routing, Switching, VLANs, and Wireless Networking.
  • Experience with NMS and monitoring tools such as SolarWinds Orion, Cisco DNAC, Cisco Prime, HP NNMi, Splunk, Wireshark, and ServiceNow.
  • Firewall administration expertise: Palo Alto, Forti Gate and Checkpoint — including security policies, NAT, URL filtering, threat prevention, TLS/SSL inspection, HA clusters, and VPN configuration.
  • Experience handling enterprise and multi-site network environments, incident management, ISP coordination, and SLA-driven support.
  • Knowledge of network security concepts: firewall policy management, NAT/PAT, packet capture analysis, vulnerability remediation, Layer 7 application inspection, and ITIL-based change management.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes, backup and disaster recovery operations, and network security best practices.
  • Experience in handling enterprise and multi-site network environments.

Preferred Skills-

  • Good communication, coordination, and customer-handling skills.
  • Ability to manage critical incidents independently, network migrations, and infrastructure deployments.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Azure, Entra ID / Azure AD, and SAML/SSO integrations.
  • Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent will be preferred.
