Rate of Pay: $100k - $125k/yr

We’re looking for a Sr. Paralegal to join our team. where you’ll help our legal team support fast-moving warehousing, transportation, and distribution operations. This role partners with counsel and business leaders to manage contracts, legal matters, and compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and coordinate customer, carrier, vendor, and warehouse agreements under attorney supervision.
• Support litigation and claims through document collection, discovery, legal holds, and outside counsel coordination.
• Maintain corporate records, entity filings, licenses, and legal calendars.
• Research legal and regulatory issues affecting logistics operations and summarize findings for counsel.
• Manage contract repositories, track obligations and deadlines, and improve legal workflows.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Five or more years of paralegal experience in a corporate legal department or law firm.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree, or completion of a recognized paralegal program.
• Experience supporting commercial contracts and litigation or claims management.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and document-management abilities.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines and safeguard confidential information.

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in 3PL, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain businesses.
• Familiarity with transportation regulations, warehouse liability, and cargo claims.
• Experience supporting commercial real estate leases and multi-site operations.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management and e-discovery platforms.
• Paralegal certification, such as a NALA or NFPA credential.
