Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Partner Business Manager to join our Partner & Alliances team. This is a remote role located in the Ohio Valley is reporting to the Sr. Director, Partner & Alliances. You’ll drive a secure, cloud-enabled digital future by building and executing structured business plans for partner alliances to further cement Zscaler’s position as the world leader in cloud security. You will act as a strategic catalyst, leveraging executive relationships and internal collaboration to deliver on regional revenue goals.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

Build, own, and execute a structured business plan for partner alliances across your region, jointly defining a strategic focus account list
- Enable: Deliver sales enablement to a room full of partner sellers. Walk them through buying personas, the competitive landscape, and why Zscaler etc.
- Align: Execute joint account planning (interlocks) between Zscaler AEs and Partner AEs to map out a sales cycle. Define how we present our joint message to the economic buyer and hold each other accountable to the actions agreed on in the interlock
- Engage: Execute customer-facing events where we provide channel marketing funds to a partner in exchange for them leveraging their relationships to bring customers to an event with Zscaler AEs and executives.

Accelerate pipeline with a set of alliances to ensure we deliver on the Zscaler revenue goals for the region

Build and maintain executive relationships within the alliance's business organization, including their Security, Network, Cloud, and Digital Workplace practices

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving

Bachelor’s degree

6+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership management

Direct experience working with partners across the Southeast

Ability and willingness to travel as needed

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
