As a Senior Plumbing Engineer, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of plumbing systems for various construction projects. Your role involves collaborating with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure efficient and effective plumbing solutions that meet project requirements, codes, and standards. You will also provide mentorship to junior engineers and play a key role in project management and client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Engineering:
- Lead the design and engineering of complex plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, waste, and vent systems.
- Develop detailed plumbing plans, specifications, and schedules using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
- Ensure designs comply with local, state, and federal codes and regulations, as well as industry standards (e.g., ASME, ASTM, etc.).
- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines (e.g., HVAC, electrical) to integrate plumbing systems seamlessly within the overall project design.
- Lead the design and engineering of complex plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, waste, and vent systems.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple plumbing projects from conception through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Prepare and review project proposals, cost estimates, and resource allocation plans.
- Oversee the preparation of technical documentation, including calculations, drawings, and reports.

Client and Stakeholder Interaction:

Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
