Summary
Senior/principal solution architect at Supermicro (server and IT infrastructure maker) supporting enterprise customers across Asia: building customer trust in Supermicro solutions, writing documentation/runbooks, improving internal processes, and relaying customer feedback to product and development teams. Onsite in Zhonghe District, New Taipei City, Taiwan.
Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):
1. Build strong credibility with customers and ensure a positive, productive experience with Supermicro solutions
2. Develop and maintain reference materials such as user documentation, troubleshooting guides, scripts, and runbooks
3. Improve internal processes to enhance efficiency for both customers and internal product teams
4. Collaborate with product, production, sales, and field technical teams to advocate for customer needs
5. Partner with internal development teams to drive product and process improvements based on customer feedback
