Job Description

• Champion a strong Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) culture across production operations.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Investigate incidents, determine root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop and maintain quality control processes to ensure products consistently meet customer and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Quality teams to resolve production-related quality issues and drive defect prevention.
• Analyze manufacturing processes and implement improvements to increase productivity, efficiency, and operational reliability.
• Support plant start-up, shutdown planning, and annual turnaround activities.
• Lead continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives to optimize costs and production performance.
• Troubleshoot production challenges and work with engineering and maintenance teams to resolve technical issues.
• Develop, review, and optimize operating procedures and production standards.
