Sr. Process Engineer (Inspection)

Description

-検査工程のプロセス条件確立、要因特定の為の分析や統計解析- 最適プロセスフローの確立（計測手法の確立も含む）

-SPCなどの活用による統計的な異常検出システムの構築

Responsibilities

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: Develops new or modified process formulations, defines processing or handling equipment requirements and specifications, and reviews processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture, fabrication, and evaluation of products. Involvement may begin at any step from pilot plant to full-scale manufacturing. Coordinates design requirement review with appropriate engineering/scientific personnel to ensure compatibility of processing methods. Compiles and evaluates test data to determine appropriate limits and variables for process or material specifications. May conceive and plan projects involving definition and selection of new concepts, equipment automation technology, and approaches in the processing or development of new or improved processes.

Required Experience and Skills

- BAW/SAWフィルターや半導体デバイスにおいてプロセス技術/設備技術、特に様々なMetrology技術の業務経験を有すること

- Probe、Network Analyzer、オシロスコープ,半導体テスターを用いた検査業務経験

- 何事にも恐れることなくチャレンジする精神があり、物事に積極的且つ前向きに取り組むことができること

- 論理的思考による問題解決プロセスに取り組むことができること

- 日常会話程度の英会話と業務上メールでのやりとり
