POSITION SUMMARY

Provide technical design and development for, upstream, midstream and downstream oil and gas facilities as well as chemical processes associated with metals and minerals. Use advance knowledge and specialized training in the performance of thermodynamic, chemical, and physical analysis to develop systems and unit operations in accordance with contractual obligations and relevant codes and standards. Coordination with the Discipline Leads, Principals, Project Manager and Engineering Manager is necessary to achieve these requirements.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Sr. Process Engineer IV

  • Strong Technical Writing skills
  • Technical input to weekly design meetings

Sr. Process Engineer III

  • Use hydraulic simulation software such as Pipesim, Synergi and AFT to perform single and multiphase hydraulic analysis.
  • Responsible for process deliverables such as Design Basis’, H&MB’s, PFD’s, and development of P&ID‘s

Sr. Process Engineer II

  • Create process simulations using Aspen HYSYS and PROMAX for various unit operations including dehydration, amine, fractionation and cryogenic gas plants.
  • Sizing and specification of separation vessels, compressors, pumps, heat exchangers, control valves, and relief valves.

Sr. Process Engineer I

  • Mentoring of junior Process and Mechanical Engineers
  • Participate in HAZOP’s and follow MOC procedures for PSM facilities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS PER JOB LEVEL

  • Sr. Process Engineer IV – Bachelor’s Degree/Continuing Education; PE license; ten (10) years experience
  • Sr. Process Engineer III – Bachelor’s Degree/Continuing Education; PE license; twelve (12) years experience
  • Sr. Process Engineer II – Bachelor’s Degree/Continuing Education; PE license; fourteen (14) years experience
  • Sr. Process Engineer I - Bachelor’s Degree/Continuing Education; PE license; fifteen (15) years experience
