Sr Producer, Experiential Marketing
The Senior Producer, Experiential Marketing leads the planning and production of complex live experiences from initial scope through on-site execution and final reconciliation. This role turns creative concepts and client objectives into practical, detailed production plans while protecting quality, schedule, budget, and the guest experience. The Senior Producer serves as a senior production lead for clients, internal teams, venues and vendors and is expected to anticipate needs, solve problems quickly, and take full ownership of assigned programs.
The ideal candidate is equal parts strategic thinker and hands-on operator. This person is comfortable building a budget, negotiating with vendors, leading a site visit, developing a run of show and directing a team on-site. The role requires strong judgment, clear communication, calm leadership under pressure, and the flexibility to travel and work evenings or weekends when programs require it.
We are looking for an experienced experiential producer who has already led complex programs and is ready to take full ownership from day one. The right person is highly organized, comfortable managing clients, budgets and vendors, and equally comfortable working from a production plan in the office or leading a team on-site. This role requires someone who anticipates problems rather than reacts to them, communicates proactively, and can make sound decisions when conditions change. Agency experience and automotive, motorsports or similarly complex experiential production experience are strongly preferred.
This is not a support production role. The Senior Producer is expected to independently lead assigned programs, make recommendations, identify issues before they become problems and drive the work forward without waiting for direction.
General Purpose: Own the end-to-end production of experiential programs and events, ensuring each experience is delivered safely, accurately, on time, on budget and at the level of quality expected by the client and JACKSON.
