About the Team & Business Line:
As a valuable member of our Product team, you will work closely with Product Managers, business and client stakeholders, and technology teams supporting our Property Services business. The team is responsible for supporting and enhancing products and applications used across Real Estate.
In this role, you will act as a key link between business and technology teams, helping translate business and client needs into clear functional requirements for application development and enhancements. The role requires strong business analysis capabilities, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work closely with technology teams in an Agile delivery environment.
Your Role:
Partner with Product Managers, business stakeholders, clients, and technology teams to understand business needs and translate them into clear product and application requirements.
Lead requirement gathering and analysis sessions to understand business processes, challenges, functional requirements, and opportunities for improvement.
Translate business requirements into detailed functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria for technology teams.
Act as a key liaison between Product Managers, business stakeholders, and IT teams throughout the application development lifecycle.
Facilitate and actively participate in Scrum and Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, requirement discussions, reviews, and other delivery meetings.
Work closely with development and QA teams to clarify business requirements and ensure solutions are aligned with agreed functional requirements.
Document current-state processes and define future-state requirements, identifying functional gaps and opportunities for application enhancements.
Support the design, development, and enhancement of applications supporting Real Estate.
Assist Product Managers with feature evaluation, prioritization, product enhancements, and ongoing product lifecycle activities.
Support functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue analysis, requirement validation, and post-implementation activities.
Use SQL and data analysis techniques to extract, analyze, and validate business and operational data.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and key business/product metrics using reporting and visualization tools.
Analyze data to identify trends, investigate business or application issues, and provide actionable insights to Product Managers and stakeholders.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops, ensuring requirements, priorities, dependencies, and expected outcomes are clearly understood across business and technology teams.
Communicate complex business requirements effectively to technical teams and translate technical concepts into clear business language for non-technical stakeholders.
Prepare and present product updates, analysis, recommendations, and project status to stakeholders at different levels.
Build strong working relationships across Product, Business, Client, and Technology teams and provide clear and timely communication throughout the product delivery lifecycle.

About You:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
5–7 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, Real Assets, Real Estate, or technology/application delivery.
Strong hands-on experience in business analysis and requirement gathering, including translating business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to independently facilitate meetings, requirement workshops, and discussions with business and technology stakeholders.
Strong stakeholder management capabilities and experience working across Product, Business, Client, and Technology teams.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment and participating in or facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
Experience working closely with developers, QA teams, Product Managers, and business stakeholders throughout the application development lifecycle.
Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), application development processes, system integrations, and dependencies.
Experience or strong understanding of Real Estate or Real Assets processes and applications.
Experience with Real Estate platforms such as Yardi or similar Real Estate technology platforms would be advantageous.
Hands-on knowledge of SQL, with the ability to query, analyze, and validate data for business analysis and reporting purposes.
Experience with Agile and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
Experience supporting functional testing, UAT, application enhancements, and implementations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders in a global and multicultural environment.
