We shape our product strategy and play a major role in creating the unified Talent Cloud product experience. A Product Designer at iCIMS owns the design process starting with UX research, through concept ideation to working with Agile engineering teams to transform UI designs into working software. iCIMS is a design-led company where we strive to understand and meet our users’ needs. Responsibilities Create and develop thoughtful and appropriate design solutions by translating research insights into engaging experiences that satisfy user needs, business requirements and technical constraints, whilst following Style Guides and the Design System. Distill high-level requirements into clear, understandable design solutions. Create and develop detailed, functional annotations, workflows, wireframes, pixel-perfect mock-ups, and prototypes for product, sales and agile engineering teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams; Product Management, Marketing and Agile Engineering teams — in an iterative, transparent and feedback-oriented design and development process. Understand and contribute to the Design Systems. Working knowledge of fundamental UX and UI design principles, industry trends, best practices, and agile and research methodologies. Present and constructively defend your design decisions. Advocate on behalf of our users. Willingness to facilitate workshops, gather research and data, and experience conducting competitive analysis to understand our users’ needs and the problems we are solving. Follow and adhere to design process and procedure. Consistently ensure that business is frictionless, always conducted with integrity and that behavior aligns with iCIMS policies, procedures, and values. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in Agile software design with responsibility for UI/UX, market research, wireframes, and usability testing for a software company. A strong portfolio featuring examples of UI and UX work. Proficiencies using tools similar to: Figma, InVision, Sketch, Marvel, and Adobe Creative Suite. Proven success effectively partnering cross-collaboratively to achieve success metrics including release dates, quality, and adoption rates. Experience successfully managing competing projects and prioritizing related tasks. Working knowledge of Accessibility, localization and mobile design standards. Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research, discovery, and design sprints to inform product decisions, and create and track user KPI’s in partnership with product teams. Proven success in working collaboratively to refine product strategy. Ability to work with Front-end UI Developers to ensure design standards are met and maintained.
