Sr. Product Manager - AI Builder
Summary
A product manager on Intermedia's AI & Data team owns a slice of the AI roadmap for UCaaS/CCaaS products end to end — running customer discovery, writing requirements, prioritizing the backlog, and partnering with engineering and UX to ship LLM-driven features, tracked via metrics and feedback.
Your focus will be on AI-driven experiences, requiring strong analytical skills, a good sense for UI/UX and usability, and excellent communication. You will work with globally distributed teams, making effective asynchronous communication essential. This is a mid-level role ideal for someone who combines ownership and product judgment with strong, detail-oriented delivery.

- Work closely with UI/UX to shape intuitive, high-quality experiences, coordinating prototypes and design assets.
- Prioritize and maintain a healthy backlog and participate actively in Agile ceremonies.
- Track product performance through metrics, customer satisfaction, and usability feedback, and act on what you learn.
