In this role, you will drive initiatives that impact millions of customers, collaborate with global teams, and create seamless payment experiences using Gift Cards and Amazon Pay Balance. This position offers significant scope to influence product direction in the growing fintech space while working with teams across multiple geographies.
Key job responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead Gift Cards Product Strategy, define OP/LRF vision, explore large opportunities and bring scalability through high impact and customer backward product launches/scale up. He/she should have capabilities to think customer backwards, drive think big and deep dive with equal excellence, have strong business judgment with a track record of large impact product launches, with below key responsibilities -
1.Define and execute the product strategy and multi-year roadmap for gift card solutions.
2. Scale up Gift Cards Internal Issuance (Refunds, Cashbacks) Product - Explore, launch and scale new avenues by partnering with internal/external stakeholders
3. Lead Gift Cards and APB Core Platform/Architecture product launches with Tech/Engineering/Business across India as well as Emerging countries.
4. Build business cases and analyze market opportunities to drive Customer growth. Lead end-to-end product development from conception through launch and optimization
5. Establish metrics and track performance to drive continuous improvement and customer growth/manage and scale large size business Pnl
