What You’ll Work On

You will help define and deliver innovative software solutions for our life sciences markets including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and MedTech (medical devices and technology).

This is an opportunity to build products that support real-world quality, safety, and operational excellence while helping life sciences organizations improves the lives of patients around the world.


What You’ll Do

  • Own product strategy, vision, and roadmap for key product areas

  • Design, prototype, and validate solutions quickly and effectively

  • Translate ideas into clear requirements, epics, and user stories

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, QA, and stakeholders

  • Stay ahead of regulations, industry trends and bring innovation into the product

  • Serve as the subject matter expert internally and externally

This role is hands-on and outcome driven. You will build, influence, and deliver.


What You Bring

  • 5+ years’ experience in pharmaceuticals industry and related quality processes

  • 5+ years’ experience in enterprise B2B software product management

  • CSPO or SAFe POPM or equivalent certification

  • Strong understanding of Agile and SCRUM methodologies

  • Ability to translate business needs into actionable product requirements

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and QA

  • Comfort with ambiguity and strong ownership mindset

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Passion for building innovative, cloud-based software solutions

Preferred experience includes domain knowledge and experience in multiple life sciences sectors (pharmaceuticals, biotech, MedTech), Salesforce platform, one or more Salesforce certifications, and cloud QHSE or EQMS solutions
