As a Sr. Product Manager, Perioperative and Procedural Solutions you will own the strategy, roadmap, market positioning, and commercial success of IMO Health’s industry-leading solutions that support perioperative services and a broad range of procedure-based hospitals departments, such as cardiovascular services, catheterization labs, electrophysiology and more. IMO Health transforms fragmented procedural data into a trusted, standardized foundation that improves surgical operations, revenue integrity, care coordination, and regulatory reporting while enabling AI-driven clinical and operational workflows. You will serve as the market and customer champion for your product portfolio, translating customer needs, market dynamics, and industry trends into differentiated solutions with measurable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate will combine healthcare domain expertise, product experience, and a strong understanding of clinical terminology, procedure governance, and perioperative workflows. This individual will be an engaging leader, strategic thinker, and skilled communicator capable of translating market needs into differentiated solutions.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Partner with surgical services leaders, perioperative directors, surgeons, anesthesia leaders, cardiovascular services leaders, revenue cycle leaders, HIM and coding teams, CMIOs, digital transformation leaders and health IT teams to understand operational and clinical workflow challenges.
- Define product strategy and outcomes-based roadmaps for IMO Health perioperative and procedural content offerings.
- Develop deep expertise across the product stack, from clinical terminology and reference data to workflow applications, integrations, and end-user experiences.
- Collaborate with channel partners and EHR vendors to improve integration of procedure and perioperative content within clinical workflows.
- Develop and articular business cases for adjacent growth opportunities, leveraging IMO Health’s clinical knowledge assets, procedural content, and AI capabilities.
- Guide cross-functional teams (with representation from engineering, architecture, client services, sales and marketing) through the product lifecycle process amidst a rapidly evolving landscape and competing priorities
- Monitor regulatory, reimbursement, quality reporting, and interoperability requirements affecting surgical and procedural care delivery.
- Create compelling product positioning, messaging and value propositions that demonstrate measurable clinical, operational, and financial outcomes.
- Establish pricing in partnership with sales, marketing, and finance counterparts
- Partner with product marketing, sales, and customer success teams to drive market awareness, pipeline expansion, and revenue growth.
- Work closely with content licensors, standards organizations, and third-party vendors supporting procedure, terminology, and perioperative workflows.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, customer empathy and continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- 5+ years' experience in a healthcare provider setting, or related product management functional experience.
- Experience working with Epic, Oracle Health/Cerner, Meditech or other enterprise healthcare platforms supporting clinical, operational, and financial workflows.
- Understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes related to surgical and procedural services, including prior authorization, charge capture, coding, claim editing, or reimbursement optimization.
- Understanding of clinical data standardization, interoperability, or healthcare AI solutions.
- Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-PCS, HCPCS, SNOMED CT, LOINC, and other clinical terminology standards relevant to perioperative and procedural workflows.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Occasional travel for on-site team collaboration.
