Snowflake product marketers conceive of and execute go-to-market plans that drive awareness, adoption, and drive success for our customers. We are looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager to orchestrate go-to-market execution for the Finance Department / CFO Office, scaling global programs, amplifying regional priorities, and ensuring our message resonates with finance leaders across industries.
This is a highly cross-functional role, working closely with Account teams, Field Marketing, Technical Sales, Industry specialists, and Global PMMs to align strategy with execution. The successful candidate will thrive on program orchestration, enablement at scale, and surfacing regional insights to shape global direction.
What You’ll Do
Co-own and align marketing strategy for the Finance team personas, ensuring plans reflect customer insights and empower the field to execute with impact.
Develop and execute “big bets” by identifying opportunities for net-new integrated campaigns and targeted sales plays that accelerate adoption.
Enable the field at scale by running programs, sales plays, and delivering relevant messaging that drive pipeline and revenue outcomes.
Lead cross-functional working groups to ensure disciplined marketing program execution and alignment across teams.
Champion outcome-driven selling by equipping sales teams with messaging and programs that tie Snowflake’s value to measurable customer impact.
Translate Snowflake’s platform value into business value statements that resonate with decision makers across every industry vertical.
Support industry coverage and Data for Good initiatives by ensuring campaigns and narratives land with business and societal impact.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
5+ years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or GTM strategy, ideally within data, analytics, cloud, or AI/ML.
Demonstrated ability to orchestrate cross-functional GTM programs that scale across regions and resonate with diverse personas.
Proven success enabling large sales organizations through impactful programs, sales plays, and messaging that drive measurable outcomes.
Ability to translate technology value into clear business outcomes that resonate with decision-makers.
Strong collaboration and influence skills, with the ability to align global strategy to regional execution.
Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, distilling complex concepts into compelling, business-relevant narratives.
Commitment to being a culture champion who builds trust, collaboration, and inclusivity across functions and regions.
An analytical, data-driven mindset with a focus on measuring impact and driving continuous improvement.
Experience developing regional or industry-specific campaigns that complement global priorities is a plus.
BS/BA degree preferred.
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
