Posted Updated
Discussion
A Senior Product Marketing Manager (Sr. PMM) in the Offline Sales & Marketing (OSM) Go-to-Market (GTM) organization spans the launch strategy, cross-functional execution, and stakeholder management for highly visible, ambiguous, and new-to-Amazon and new-to-Devices launches in the Offline channel. The Offline GTM plays a critical role of owning the go-to-market strategy, planning and documentation, and leading/coordinating/driving teams through the launch and lifespan of new devices, features, software and subscriptions in Offline. The Offline GTM team’s objective is to ensure end-to-end Offline partner readiness.

Key job responsibilities
The Offline GTM advocates and gains consensus across teams in Devices & Services. They determine launch strategy and requirements (e.g. timing requirements, product development and delivery requirements), track cross-functional deliverables, remove roadblocks, and are accountable for orchestrating a successful launch in Offline at moments of announcement (following PR announce with NA Retail.com detail page go-lives, etc.) through post-street activities. Offline GTM foresees risks and recommends solutions and/or trade-offs to enable on-time launch with as minimal impact to quality and cross-channel consistency as possible. When critical milestones are at risk, they lead escalation conversations to de-risk and negotiate with internal teams to ensure successful Offline deployment.
