We are looking for a Sr Poduct Owner

Hybrid Role to work 2 days a week in Guadalajara

What You Bring

• Experience managing IT projects in a manufacturing environment.

• Excellent communication skills, including written, speaking, and presentation skills. Ability to communicate complex concepts through pictures, diagrams, charts, workflows, analogies and stories is a plus.

• Excellent problem solving, analytical, coordination, and prioritization skills.

• Experience managing one or more project and/or system support teams.

• Deep understanding of project management ideally with recent experience managing in an Agile / Scrum methodology.

• Ideally, you have experience with various manufacturing platforms such as Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES/MOM).

Added Bonus If You Have

• Specific background and expertise with IBM Maximo and SAP. Business understanding of these products would be great. Technical understanding of these products would be even better.

• Experience with Microsoft Low-Code Power Platform tools, including Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages, and CoPilot.

• Experience with AI-enabled development capabilities like Github CoPilot or Vibe Coding on any LLM framework.

Required Skills

1. Education: College degree or equivalent experience.

2. Project Management Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Product Owner (CPO), Project Management Professional (PMP), or equivalent experience.

3. Job Experience: 5 years of experience in an IT or manufacturing environment.

4. Management Experience: 2 Years of experience leading 1 or more teams on medium scale projects.

Bonus Asset

1. Education: Microsoft Power Platform certifications

2. Project Management Certification: Certified Agile Coach (CTC).

3. Job Experience: 8 years of experience in an IT or manufacturing environment.

Management Experience: 5 Years of experience leading 1 or more teams on medium to large projects
